Stayed and worked from the cafe long enough to taste multiple cappuccino recipes. The baristas were inventive to let me try out multiple concoctions, all good. Loved the eggspresso (scrambled eggs w veggies), but a little on the expensive side. So we're the coffees, but wanting to support an independent coffee house, I was fine with that.

What a wonderful coffee shop! The baristas are super friendly & made me a smoothly delicious French Vanilla Latte! I also had the Belly Buster Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant! Soooo good!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My latte is always perfectly crafted with the right amount of ice, and the oatmilk has a very nice texture. The baristas are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The cafe itself is super cute, with comfortable seating, tasteful decor, and great music. Not very expensive and worth the price!

We went to Brue on a whim because of an IG ad, and let me tell you, it was an incredible decision. The atmosphere is very chill, the coffee is out of this world, and the staff is incredibly talented and welcoming! I most definitely recommend stopping in for an amazing drink or bite to eat!

What a wonderful new local business! I can't seem to say away. Their new food menu is honestly some of the best breakfast I've had in a while. I especially love there BYOB (Build your own bagel) and their chocolate croissants. They are the only place I have found in years that makes their coffee and tea to perfect drinking temperature and I don't know anywhere else in the area that makes a London Fog Tea to this level of quality. Rest assured I will be spreading the word and coming back many times over.

This is a hidden gem in my opinion. They decor is very welcoming and the couches are sooooo comfortable. I tried the bullet proof coffee and it was absolutely delicious! My friend tried their signature one and loved the flakes of coconut in the coffee. Friend also tried the build your own bagel and quite enjoyed that! The two ladies inside were very friendly and happy to answer any questions.
